All apparel is in UNISEX sizing! In my personal opinion everything runs slightly larger than fitted sizing.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

To maximize the lifespan of your shirt, it's HIGHLY recommended to do the following:

• Turn shirt inside out
• Gentle wash cycle
• Cycle wash with cold water
• No heat tumble dry or Low heat
• Avoid fabric softeners
• Hand wash is best!
